I got my little Seat about 3 years ago and fell in love instantly. It was the typical first car - first form of independence sort of deal , I could go anywhere. I could drive fast and not hear my parents complaining beside me. It was amazing.
Oddly the car has never left me , after two subsequent cars, I never had the heart to sell it. Sadly I feel the time has come to part with my little Spanish Polo. I am looking for something bigger and possibly diesel, but due to a tight budget and college expenses, my friend must go.
I am feeling quite upset actually. I never thought I would get rid of it, silly I know. But I had dreams of keeping it for a while and stripping it out for track days.
Has anyone else felt quite torn to see a car go even if its not particularly interesting or quick.
I need to go for a drive with it !

It's pretty strange to see one with a petrol engine. Even Cupras are more common as TDIs.

Oddly enough from putting it up online I have seen that most Seat Ibiza's and VW Polo's (Especially 1.2's) are petrol here. Low road tax and insurance.
Diesels seem to be more popular when you a class up.
